Welcome to www.garhope.com (the "Site"), operated by GARHOPE Measurement & Control Co., Ltd. ("GARHOPE", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related content, materials, products, and services offered through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About GARHOPE

GARHOPE Measurement & Control Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of pressure gauges and thermometers (including Bourdon tube, diaphragm, differential, SF6 density, digital, liquid-filled, medical, refrigeration, and bimetallic thermometer products, as well as calibration equipment and calibration services). The company traces its origins to 1990 and is located at 68 Huanghe South Road, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.

We operate a factory of approximately 30,000 m² with a monthly capacity of up to 1 million units, and are certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;

• Use the Site to transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any related system or network;

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our prior written permission, except for standard search-engine indexing;

• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or structure of the Site, except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

3. Products, Specifications, and Technical Information

3.1 General Information OnlyThe product descriptions, specifications, drawings, catalogues, standards, and technical data presented on the Site are provided for general information and reference. They are based on our product data sheets and may be subject to change due to product improvement, customization, or standard updates.

3.2 No Offer / Confirmation RequiredNothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or a warranty of a specific product characteristic. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and lead times must be confirmed in writing by GARHOPE before any purchase order becomes binding. Standard sample lead time is approximately 72 hours and mass production typically begins within 15 days, subject to final confirmation.

3.3 Standards and CertificationsOur products are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards including EN 837-1, ASME B40.100, GB/T 1226, ISO 5171, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, and for medical products ISO 13485 / GB 9706, ISO 10993, and IEC 60601-1 where specified. Medical products are produced on dedicated clean lines separate from industrial lines. ISO 13485 certification is currently in progress.

3.4 Warranty and CalibrationUnless otherwise agreed in writing, our products carry a one-year warranty with a recommended calibration interval of one year, adjustable according to actual operating conditions. Warranty and calibration terms are governed by the specific sales contract or quotation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, product drawings, technical data, logos, the "GARHOPE" trademark (including the GARHOPE word mark and logo), page layout, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to GARHOPE and is protected by Chinese and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print material from the Site solely for your internal, non-commercial business evaluation of our products. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent;

• Use the GARHOPE name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written authorization;

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from downloaded materials.

5. User Submissions and Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, RFQ, technical requirement, or other content through the Site (a "Submission"):

• You represent that you have the right to provide such Submission and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose;

• You grant GARHOPE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the Submission solely for the purpose of responding to your request, providing quotations, performing customization, and delivering products or services;

• You retain ownership of your Submission. GARHOPE will use technical information you provide only for the purposes of evaluation, quotation, and order fulfillment, and will treat confidential technical information as confidential where a separate non-disclosure obligation applies.

We respond to online inquiries and messages within 24 hours on working days.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including certification bodies, industry associations, logistics providers, or standard organizations. These links are provided for convenience only. GARHOPE does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GARHOPE disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the Site and its content.

GARHOPE does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GARHOPE and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GARHOPE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it together with these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the location of GARHOPE (Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China), unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms take effect when posted, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
